Lerab Ling received another important visitor last month, when Tsoknyi Rinpoche gave teachings to the students following the Three Year Retreat.
The main focus for the teachings was how the lung, or 'inner air' (prana in Sanskrit) aspect of our psycho-physical system can lead to 'speediness' in life and affect our meditation practice.
Rinpoche explained how lung is understood in the Tibetan tradition, and suggested some simple ways to keep the lung under control by using the breath. He also answered questions from retreatants about their practice and gave advice about how to be on retreat.

Ah! Great! I hope that we might see some of this during the Sangha- or Transmission days! :)
This is a very important issue in the west. Could you share some with the homeretreatants?
Following the previous comments, it'd be a great blessing to receive Tsoknyi Rinpoche's teachings during a sangha day, or a transmission
All the best
A three-year retreatant friend told me about these teachings. They would be really useful for (speedy) me so I do hope they'll be included in the transmissions for home retreatants.
Thanks,
please show these teachings! i think it would be very helpful to a lot of people.
As an insight into these teachings, you might find it interesting to read this link http://www.pundarika.org/teachings_love.html
This was Tsoknyi Rinpoches first teaching on the subject, given immediately after coming out of his personal retreat in 2006.
